In this hands-on class with Chef Christopher, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet four-course Italian-American fusion menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and professional chef cooking techniques.

Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include savory shrimp scampi crostini, a candied beet and pecan salad with goat cheese and a homemade wine reduction, a classic chicken piccata entrée, lemon caper risotto with wine and herbs, and homemade butter pecan ice cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We were 20 minutes late and were fretting but Christopher made us feel at ease and smoothly transitioned into cooking. It was an absolute blast cooking with Christopher and food came out delicious. We had a 5 course French inspired meal and every single one of them was memorable. Me and my wife really enjoyed being part of the cooking process and let our artistic side express itself while plating. The highlights of the night were the foie gras(goose liver) and the halibut with couscous. Bonus points for putting my wife at ease at the prospect of making crepes in the future.

What a great experience! My son is an aspiring chef and this was his Christmas present. Chef Christopher was wonderful! He made us feel at home immediately and we had great fun trying foie gras for the first time and learning that presentation is not just about looks, but flavor. The reductions were delicious and made for a beautiful plate. Thank you Chef Christopher!
