Next, prepare pan-seared salmon that is both crispy and tender and sided by jasmine rice, spinach and cherry tomatoes. Chef John was fabulous! I surprised my girlfriend with this for her birthday and it could not have gone better! Chef John is not only a fabulous chef whose dishes are off the charts, he is also a great guy, incredibly hospitable and who we really enjoyed speaking with and learning about his experiences and knowledge. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

I really enjoyed my time with Chef John. Chef John prepared and demonstrated dishes with flavors that cannot be taught but learned through trial and error. I absolutely loved the goat cheese crostini and pan-seared scallops! The homemade hummus was an absolute treat and I am so excited to try it out at home for myself.
