Learn how to make a three-course dinner inspired by classic flavors from the United States and Vietnam in this cooking class with Chef William. He will guide you from start to finish so that you can easily recreate these dishes yourself.
Begin with a starter of bacon-wrapped shrimp served with pickled vegetables and chipotle sauce. Then, create your main course of spicy stir-fried Vietnamese-style chicken and rice noodles. You will finish your meal on a sweet note with a classic American-style apple crisp.

Chef William has such an easy-going persona that it felt natural learning from him. His demonstrations were clearly articulated and he communicated each step with care and attention to detail. His plating had personality and I enjoyed how he tied his love for culinary art to his personal life. I had a great time learning from Chef William!
