Cooking Class - Asian American Fusion
Learn how to make a three-course dinner inspired by classic flavors from the United States and Vietnam in this cooking class with Chef William. He will guide you from start to finish so that you can easily recreate these dishes yourself.
Begin with a starter of bacon-wrapped shrimp served with pickled vegetables and chipotle sauce. Then, create your main course of spicy stir-fried Vietnamese-style chicken and rice noodles. You will finish your meal on a sweet note with a classic American-style apple crisp.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
