In this hands-on class with Chef Rachel, you will learn how to prepare a healthy and hearty three-course Italian dinner menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored Italian cooking techniques.
You will begin by building a bruschetta appetizer where warm, juicy tomatoes are anchored by mushrooms to add meatiness and depth of flavor. Then, you will learn a healthier take on a classic lasagna that features turkey and zucchini pasta. Lastly, you will end on a sweet note by learning how to prepare a traditional homemade Italian panna cotta.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
