Create a classic American three-course meal in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kenneth.

If you've always wanted to learn how to perfectly prepare lamb chops, now is your chance! Chef Kenneth will guide you through the tips and techniques needed to make this hearty meal at home.

Some of the dishes you can look forward to making in this class include a mozzarella stack, and your featured course — lamb chops with honey, pomegranate molasses and garlic, plus your choice of side dish. Finish on a sweet note with homemade apple pie topped with chocolate or vanilla ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
