Create a classic American three-course meal in this hands-on class with Chef Kenneth.
If you've always wanted to learn how to perfectly prepare lamb chops, now is your chance! Chef Kenneth will guide you through the tips and techniques needed to make this hearty meal at home.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to making in this class include a mozzarella stack, and your featured course — lamb chops with honey, pomegranate molasses and garlic, plus your choice of side dish. Finish on a sweet note with your choice of apple pie à la mode, tiramisu or crème brûlée cheesecake cups.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My wife and I celebrated her birthday at Chef Kenny’s home. We laughed and enjoyed our time working alongside both Chef Kenny and his wife, Selah (sorry if I didn’t spell it right). A very amicable couple with whom to share such a flavorful meal. After guiding my wife and I with steps on how to prepare the meal, Chef Kenny would explain why each step was so important and how it would compliment the flavor of the meal. I felt both enlightened, educated, and uplifted. I highly recommend!

Truly an amazing experience!!!!! Chef Kenneth and his wife are the best. They work so well together and with their guests. One would never think they are not part of the family. From the time they welcomed us into their home, until the time we left it was nothing but a great time. The food we prepared was delicious and the company was outstanding. I will definitely be attending another cooking session with the dynamic duo team. Great food, great host and a great time!!!!! See you soon!!!!!!

Chef Kenneth and his wife Cece were both amazing people! They made us feel like we had been friends for years and it was just another night of cooking & hanging out together. 10/10 would recommend this experience to anyone!!
Meet your chef
After receiving a degree in hotel and restaurant management from Le Cordon Bleu in 2005, Chef Kenneth completed an internship at Walt Disney World in Florida as an assistant to the executive chef. He is passionate about traveling, and has worked in kitchens in many cities and countries around the world. Chef Kenneth enjoys catering and teaching, and is dedicated to sharing his love of cooking and food with people everywhere.
