WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to make an exquisite French meal by discovering some of its traditional dishes.

During this interactive hands-on cooking class, Chef Joy will guide you step-by-step through preparing some of the most classic dishes from France using time-honored culinary techniques.

Begin by creating a delicate baked bread puff starter with Gouda cheese and nutmeg. For the main course, you'll learn how to expertly sear filet mignon and handcraft a creamy, peppery, Cognac-infused sauce to top it with. For sides, you'll roast spiced carrots, then your menu takes a sweet turn as you bake a soufflé with cocoa.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Joy knows her elegant French cuisine! She worked with my dear friend and myself seamlessly and it all turned out so magnificent. This meal was to honor my wife who was a great cook and passed away 2 months ago. Joy was so comforting as we prepared everything . We will be asking her back for a Mediterranean cuisine.

Joy was excellent. She was very professional and the recipes were well prepped . I learned a lot. My wife also enjoyed the class. Joy brought everything we needed and cleaned up eveything afterwards.
