If you want to eat healthy but don't want to give up your favorite foods, this is the class for you. In this hands-on cooking lesson, Chef Terri will show you how to make three different comfort food dishes with a light and wholesome twist.
Create healthy stuffed mushrooms served with horseradish sauce, then prep zucchini noodles for your low-carb pasta dish. You will coat them in avocado pesto and serve them with heart-healthy salmon. Finish your meal by learning how to make an organic dessert with sunflower seeds and agave nectar.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
