Cooking Class - From Scratch Pasta

Chef Taylor will show you the simple and satisfying process of making homemade pasta.

Nothing beats fresh, homemade pasta. Learn how to combine flour, eggs and water to create the simple and delicious magic that is fresh pasta.

First, Chef Taylor will show you how to prepare a kale Caesar salad with a lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, anchovies and Parmesan dressin, then learn how to make a smooth Bolognese sauce with ground veal, carrots, onion, celery, tomatoes and white wine. While the sauce simmers, whip up fresh pasta for your sauce. Finish off the class with a bonus and make homemade sous vide crème brûlée.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had an amazing experience!!! Chef Taylor is very professional and keeps a very light and fun atmosphere while teaching. We were a bit skeptical about going to someone's place to have a cooking class, but Chef Taylor and his wife were great hosts and made us feel very welcomed. From chopping vegetables like a pro to perfectly caramelizing a dessert, it was great to learn all the little tips he gave us. And the food we prepared ended up being delicious!! I highly recommend a cooking experience with him.
