Cooking Class - All About Tacos

Explore tacos, one of the world's most popular street foods, with Chef Taylor.

You don't have to wait for Tuesday to enjoy tacos. In this hands-on class, Chef Taylor will teach you how to construct the perfect taco with all of the trimmings, including how to prepare a well-balanced guacamole.

Begin by making a citrus-rich shrimp ceviche, then learn how to make from-scratch guacamole with avocado, tomatoes, onion, lime, cumin, cilantro and queso. For your tacos, braised chicken thighs with cumin make the perfect taco filling. Top it with avocado crema, pickled red onions and cheese, and pair it with authentic rice and beans. Top it all off with a classic flan.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We loved our class with Chef Taylor!! My boyfriend and I had never done a cooking class before, and this was a perfect find. Chef Taylor is super knowledgeable and engaging. And the food was amazing. Awesome experience and we 100% recommend this class!

We had an amazing experience!!! Chef Taylor is very professional and keeps a very light and fun atmosphere while teaching. We were a bit skeptical about going to someone's place to have a cooking class, but Chef Taylor and his wife were great hosts and made us feel very welcomed. From chopping vegetables like a pro to perfectly caramelizing a dessert, it was great to learn all the little tips he gave us. And the food we prepared ended up being delicious!! I highly recommend a cooking experience with him.
