Sushi seems daunting to make but it doesn't need to be. In this hands-on sushi-making cooking class, Chef Kevin will demystify the process by teaching you how to make four types of sushi at home.
Over two hours, Chef Kevin will cover all the bases from handling a sushi knife to perfectly slicing the ingredients to forming and cutting your rolls. Enjoy crab, salmon, tuna and shrimp sushi before finishing with a fruit bowl.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
