In this hands-on class with Chef Mark, you will learn how to prepare a three-course surf and turf dinner menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and the French technique of sous vide cooking.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a flawlessly cooked one-hour sous vide steak, juicy and snappy sous vide shrimp, sous vide asparagus and carrots, and beautifully tender poached pears topped with tangy mascarpone for an indulgent and refined dessert to end the evening.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I am a lucky guy to have eaten from the hands of this Chef. He is a true collaborator and teacher. The techniques he uses are unique and you'd be very fortunate to learn from him. Meet your chef
Always a passionate about the culinary arts, Chef Mark worked his way up from line cook to sous chef and then to private chef, booking several events with a packed house averaging over 100 guests. He has worked all over the world to fine tune his culinary skills and teach the importance of ingredient prep. Chef Mark loves teaching cooking techniques, and looks forward to helping you elevate your culinary repertoire.
