Cooking Class - Gluten Free Gnocchi

A traditional Florentine pasta, ricotta gnocchi is the lighter cousin to Northern Italy's potato gnocchi.

In this hands-on class with Chef Mark, you will learn how to prepare an impressive and gluten-free gnocchi dinner completely from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional Italian pasta-making techniques.

Chef Mark will begin the class by teaching you how to craft your pillowy-soft, melt-in-your-mouth gluten-free ricotta gnocchi. Then, you will learn how to make two different sauces — a classic vodka sauce and a pancetta cream sauce. You will also cook up sausage and broccoli rabe, and prepare a show-stopper dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
