Cooking Class - Vegan Sushi Making
In this hands-on class with Chef Josh, you will learn how to prepare a five-course vegan menu, including a traditional Japanese appetizer, three different types of vegan sushi, and a fun Asian fusion dessert.
Chef Josh will begin by teaching you how to build layers of flavor in a crispy-on-the-outside, creamy-on-the-inside tofu dish. Then, you will learn how to craft your own vegan maki, nigiri, and a show-stopping chef's choice roll. Lastly, you will end on a sweet note with a banana tempura cozied up to caramel-rum sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
