In this cooking class, Chef Kieran will show you how to prepare an impressive 5-course menu. He'll begin with a soup and salad that go above and beyond your traditional starters. Think salad is boring? Well, just imagine fresh wild arugula, wound with prosciutto, and draped with thinly sliced pecorino cheese. It's culinary architecture.
For the main courses, Chef Kieran will show you how to dish up some serious surf and turf. Like seared scallops? How about with sweet corn polenta and avocado? You can taste California in every bite. His roasted lamb chops will blow you away, as will the bed they rest on-- risotto made with finely chopped potatoes, rather than the usual arborio rice. The creativity doesn't end!
