Join Chef Michael as he gets to the nitty gritty of preparing the perfect lobster.

Chef Michael wants to show you that lobster doesn't have to be fancy and fussy, and you can make it any time the craving strikes using the smart techniques and tips you'll learn in this hands-on class.

Begin by making a refreshing strawberry fields salad, a mixture of fresh greens, tart apples, candied walnuts and tangy goat cheese, then Chef Michael will show you how to easily roast a lobster tail. Finish off with tiramisu with handmade lady fingers, mascarpone and rum.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
