Cooking Class - Vibrant Asian Cuisine
The origins of Asian cuisine are deeply rooted and the dishes are very diverse. This pan-Asian class with Chef Angela-Michelle will guide you through the continent's vast culinary history and demystify the cuisine.
In this class, you will learn how to prepare primarily Japanese and Chinese dishes, including homemade miso soup, succulent shrimp and pork dumplings, and two types of sushi rolls. Chef Angela will teach you the proper techniques to roll your own smoked salmon and vegetable sushi roll, and a second roll filled with avocado and fresh vegetables.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
