In this food preservation class, Chef Penny will teach you how to preserve the bounty of the Bay Area's fruits and vegetables in the sweetest way possible -- as marmalades, jams, and jellies. From classics such as strawberry jam and orange marmalade to more exotic flavors like corn cob jelly and carrot-orange marmalade, Chef Penny's creations will leave a smile on your face.
You'll have an opportunity to sample a wide selection of Chef Penny's preserves, and will create two recipes from scratch. You'll bring home two jars of jam or jelly to show off to your friends and family, as well as the know-how to preserve your own seasonal bounty!
