You're in store for an authentic South Indian meal focusing on cooking traditions from the tropical coast of Kerala.
In this hands-on class, Chef Jacques will teach you how to make a three-course menu full of fresh flavor, a variety of spices, and coconut, which is the meaning of the word, "kerala."
Your meal includes traditional dishes such as biryani, a rice dish layered with flavors of nuts, dried fruit and mushrooms, the delightful pyramid-shaped samosa, and red coconut chutney. Chef Jacques will provide expert instruction on adjusting spice levels to accommodate your preference. End the class with a sweet and creamy mango burfi.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Disappointed experience. Chef Jacques apartment was unbelievably filthy - carpet was dirty, stained glassware and toilet was unbearable. Cooking class was poorly run with minimal instructions and totally no structure. Cozymeal, did you check or qualify your chef before signing them up? I have never had such bad cooking classes experience

Jacques is very accomplished chef and we had a great time cooking under his tutelage. It was a fun evening! he guided as we cooked and gave us enough space to enjoy dinner with each other! overall great experience!

Had an amazing experience with Chef Jacques! Visited his “cozy” place for a date night and to learn about the “Classic French Made Vegan” cuisine. The entire class was structured, expertly planned and just really warm. Jacques provides direction when needed and allowed for a bit of freedom as we went along. Just can’t say enough about this! Would definitely recommend to anyone! THANK YOU!!!
