Chef Douglas will show you how easy it is to cook duck with tremendous flavor. During this 3-hour hands-on class, you will make a creamy soup, an entree with a side, and a dessert. Chef Douglas will teach you about menu planning, mise-en- place and seasoning food.
Note: Chef Douglas cooks with fresh, local and organic ingredients, when possible. Occasionally, certain products are not available. When this happens, Chef Douglas will substitute the ingredients or dish with something similar.
