Cooking Class - Custards, Crèmes and Crêpes

Learn the secrets of preparing and baking three iconic desserts in this hands-on class.

While it's likely that you've indulged in custards, crèmes, and crêpes before, chances are you may not be aware of the age-old techniques necessary to bring these delightful treats to perfection. In this interactive class with Chef Lisa, you'll both learn these secrets and enjoy plenty of chances to sample.

This class features three desserts: chocolate pots de crème, crème caramel, and custard crêpe cake. By the end of the lesson, you'll be familiar with several new techniques and know exactly what to look for when baking these treats on your own.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had an amazing time with Chef Lisa. This was our first in-person cooking class, and it was so fun, informative, and of course, delicious! Chef Lisa has a wonderful sense of humor and was skilled at sharing her expertise in an engaging way.

This was our first cooking class ever and enjoyed it a ton. Chef Lisa made the process fun and not just us following recipe instructions. She explained why were were doing everything and answered any cooking/baking questions we had and of course the stuff we baked turned out as tasty as it sounded. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes baking, whether you're a newbie or just looking to learn how to make something new
