Learn how to create Italian meals with a St. Louis twist!
Chef Brett will introduce you to a variety of Italian dishes prepared with St. Louis flair.
In this class, you will be preparing Italian dishes with expert technique, added styling and St. Louis flavor. After beginning with a refreshing shaved Brussels sprouts salad with a citrus burst and tangy goat cheese, you'll make a St. Louis favorite from scratch: toasted ravioli. Then, learn how to crust wahoo fish with potato and cook it to perfection. Lastly, you'll layer creamy tiramisu with a cold-brewed-milk-coffee twist!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Brett has a great knowledge of southern flavors and comfort food! I enjoyed hearing about both his local cooking experience as well as his time spent in the islands. I loved the made from scratch watermelon bbq sauce he made to go with the smoked beef ribs, and the homemade marina to go with the freshly made and "toasted" ravioli was delicious. The best was the jambalaya with its smoky Andouille sausage and the kick from the poblano peppers. Nom nom!
