Cooking Class - All About Bread Baking

What You’ll Do

Venture beyond the classic sandwich loaf and learn more advanced bread-baking techniques and recipes.

In this hands-on class with Chef Peter, you will learn a variety of advanced bread-baking skills and techniques, and then use them to handcraft three artisan breads from scratch.

The three different breads you can look forward to mastering in this class include an old-fashioned and almost unbelievably flavorful potato bread flecked with mouthwateringly pungent fresh rosemary, a perfectly eggy and light textured braided challah loaf with a shiny golden brown crust, and a tender whole wheat bread featuring a swirl of honey sweet cinnamon dotted with juicy raisins.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Peter's class was great. He was very patient waiting to see our efforts. I found it really helpful learning how to tell when the pumpkin and pecan pies are ready. Some great decorating tips too.
