WHAT YOU’LL DO
Get ready to embark on a journey to Italy in this fun, interactive culinary experience.
In this hands-on class with Chef Stefon, you will learn how to prepare two different types of pasta dishes typically found in many Italian homes using fresh ingredients and traditional Italian cooking techniques.
You will begin by preparing a hearty pasta e fagiole, also known as peasant's pasta, with beans and a rich, savory tomato sauce. Then, you will handcraft your pope's ravioli featuring English peas, fresh mint, and a decadent sage brown butter sauce. Lastly, you'll end by learning how to make a spruced up panna cotta for dessert.
