In this hands-on class with Chef Ted, you will learn how to prepare a stunning collection of sweet and savory hors d'oeuvres that straddle the line between rustic and elegant, and never fail to draw a crowd.
Some of the hors d'oeuvres recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include impressive candied black walnut and blue cheese tarts, crunchy-on-the-outside and fluffy-on-the-inside crab hush puppies, meltingly tender honey baked pears with goat cheese, and mini apple crumble tartlets.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
