Miso is a versatile ingredient used in many well-known Japanese dishes, and Chef Andie will show you exactly how to use it. Begin the class by making classic miso soup with wild local mushrooms, then get creative with your entrée: miso-marinated black cod sided by a savory vegetable gomae with spinach, rapini, asparagus and sprouts. End on a sweet note with warm bourbon vanilla cream over local peaches.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
