Each dish you create will be authentically Italian, and use exclusively whole-food, plant-based vegan ingredients. Discover how to craft mouth-watering classics from scratch, including a chopped salad with tangy blood oranges, and potato gnocchi with braised chanterelle mushrooms. Crispy artichoke hearts are nothing short of decadent when prepared with truffle oil. Cap the class with a fluffy espresso mousse and crunchy almond biscotti cake.
