You'll learn useful kitchen skills and techniques in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Catalina as you prepare a fresh Italian meal using high-quality ingredients.
Begin with an appetizer of lightly fried vegetables enjoyed with spicy lemon aioli, then practice your knife skills to make a green salad. Next, prepare pasta from scratch while Chef Catalina teaches you professional pasta-making tips. You'll also handcraft a fresh tomato sauce with Calabrian chiles for your homemade pasta, and end by whipping up creamy tiramisu for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
