I booked the Bourbon Street class as a surprise for my boyfriend, to celebrate our third anniversary. It was such a blast!! Chef John has such a fun personality, great stories, and amazing cooking skills. He answered ALL of my questions and taught us many techniques (verbally and hands on) for presentation, knife skills, kitchen tools, and more. He made sure to snap some pictures of us, The food we had was absolutely delicious and we were able to take some home! Chef John was great with accommodating my gluten sensitivity as well. We both had an amazing time and left feeling a little sad that it was over. Would 100% recommend!

French Quarter fare! Menu was great! We all wished it was “more hands” on instead of just watching but it was definitely yummy!

The Plant based cooking class was awesome! We learned knife skills, cooking techniques and great tips for storing fresh ingredients. I loved how Chef John used all organic ingredients so I could feel good about what I ate. Thank you for the delicious meal and great experience!
