Chef John is great, a wealth of knowledge and experience. Excellent meal. He is a fantastic teacher, chef and host. He runs an extremely organize class and teaches you many tips.

His kitchen and his apartment were immaculate. He was friendly and sociable. His skillset excellent. My only wish is that he would have provided us with the recipes for the meal we cooked.
