In this hands-on class with Chef Michael, you will learn how to prepare a five-course Thai menu showcasing an incredible complexity and depth of flavor brought to life with a handful of simple cooking techniques.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a fragrant Thai coconut chicken soup, handcrafted spring rolls with your choice of fillings, a colorful and refreshing Thai salad, and sweet and chewy Thai rice with slices of juicy, ripe mango and a luscious coconut custard.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I loved the experience! I joined a group of two couples and we prepared together a multi-course Thai dish which was delicious! Chef Micheal is kind and very knowledgeable which made the experience really nice.

Nothing short of AMAZING! Chef Michael took the time to teach me about balancing flavors and everything under the sun! Even with my questions I thought I may have been stupid, his comedy and depth of knowledge made it a fun experience!!!

Since then, Chef Michael has cultivated more than 10 years of professional culinary experience and has worked for and learned from many acclaimed chefs in Los Angeles.
