WHAT YOU’LL DO

Discover a few tips and tricks that will help you master the art of brunch.
In this hands-on class with Chef Michael, you will learn the skills and techniques needed to prepare a classic three-course brunch menu that's simple enough for a lazy Sunday and impressive enough to serve to guests.

You will begin by learning the elusive art of egg poaching and how to prepare a hollandaise sauce from scratch so you can begin to build your eggs benedict. Then, you will learn the secret to perfectly fried and seasoned eggs and bacon before ending by making fluffy baked griddle cakes complete with berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
