In this hands-on class with Chef Charles, you will learn how to prepare a sophisticated five-course European-Mediterranean fusion menu using fresh California produce, traditional French cooking techniques, and rich, yet clean Mediterranean flavor profiles.

Just a few of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include chicken roulades with roasted peppers, farm fresh asparagus, lemon, and garlic, perfectly crisp patatas bravas dusted with a smoky spice blend, and a mushroom and spinach risotto complete with white wine, shallots, and Asiago cheese.
