What You’ll Do

Visit a variety of Caribbean lands — culinary style — with Chef Natalie.

Chef Natalie draws upon her vast culinary experience and background to provide you with a journey through incredible Caribbean fare.

Prepare to take a flavorful trip through Caribbean lands, including Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and Jamaica, as you create a five-course menu Chef Natalie refers to as "comida for the soul", meaning food for the soul. Choose from empanadas or tostones rellenos as an amuse-bouche, soup Joumou or Spanish fish stew, red snapper or jerk chicken for your entrée, and flourless Mexican chocolate cake or tres leches cake for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The chef today did great! Everything was ready when we arrived so we could jump right into cooking! The ingredients were fresh and the chef guided us to successfully cook a delicious meal!
