Chef Christopher utilizes his vast culinary expertise to showcase Mediterranean and Middle Eastern fare in a fun and flavorful light.
Capture the flavors of these regions with a traditional mezze platter consisting of hummus, baba ghanoush, labneh and olives, which will begin this spirited four-course class. Next up, learn how to meld regional ingredients for a lentil soup featuring lemon and fried onions, then grill chicken skewers with a saffron, anise and cilantro marinade for a zesty entrée. End the class with a sweet, seasonal fruit filo pastry.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I booked Chef Chris' class for my husband's birthday as a surprise and we both absolutely loved cooking with him. He was very professional throughout the entire class, shared numerous insightful tips and techniques along the way that we are excited to put into practice at home but most of all he was so humble. Learning from someone with an incredible amount of experience who patiently answered our many questions and encouraged us to be hands on made the day that much more enjoyable. Thanks so much for hosting us and making the day a memorable one :)

We gave our two 20 year old granddaughters a cooking course with Chef Christopher. Neither had much experience and we wanted Chef Chris to concentrate on knife safety/technique as well as food safety. He did both as well as made the « chicken centered » meal a entertaining evening. And we quote »I loved the atmosphere of the house and I learned how to carve a chicken. He taught some of the chemistry behind cooking and flavors which I thought was really cool. He and his mom were both very nice and I would do it again ».

Chef Chris was a pleasure to work with. He was very hospitable and easy to talk with. As he was making his dishes he was very informative as well. His working environment was so much fun to be in being funky and colorful. The food he made was delicious as well, many personal touches to make them one of a kind! His space was clean and presentable as well as the restroom. I would recommend Chris chef to everyone!!

His passion for food and entertaining began at a young age and blossomed in college while working at top restaurants in the Bay Area. After spending time absorbing the hallmarks of exceptional service and inspired seasonal cooking, Chef Christopher has since opened his own restaurants, all of which have garnered immense success.
