In this hands-on class with Chef Solange, you will learn how to prepare a three-course Latin American brunch menu using local, mostly organic, fully plant-based and vegan ingredients.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this unforgettable vegan brunch class includes flakey breakfast empanadas bursting at the seams with vegan sausage and fresh chimichurri, a Spanish tortilla quiche brought to life with a homemade avocado gazpacho and fresh cilantro arepas, and a fun recipe for berry waffles to end on a sweet note. ¡Buen Provecho!
