Chef Jamie will showcase sophisticated steakhouse fare for you to create completely from scratch!
Get ready to be transported to a fancy steakhouse with Chef Jamie! The three-course meal begins with a classic wedge salad. The star of the class is the New York strip steak entrée, which you will learn how to sear to perfection under the guidance of Chef Jamie, and help it shine by adding shiitake mushrooms, tarragon, shallots and heavy cream. End your steakhouse meal with a luscious chocolate lava cake oozing with goodness and sided with strawberries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jamie was awesome. This was our first cooking class and she provided such a great experience. You would think we cheated and ordered at a fancy restaurant but we have pictures showing it was really us that cooked it lol. Thank you Jamie.!
