In this hands-on class with Chef Michael, you will learn how to prepare an impressive four-course avant garde surf and turf menu worthy of any Michelin-starred steakhouse restaurant.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include decadent crab cakes garnished with sweet potato crisps, homemade aioli and micro cilantro, delicate and juicy smoked oysters, and a remarkable pistachio-crusted lamb entrée with an elegant hibiscus red wine reduction and a fun touch of molecular gastronomy in the form of mint foam.
