Cooking Class - Homemade Seasonal Fare

Welcome the fresh flavors of each season into your kitchen in this hands-on class.

In this hands-on class with Chef Katie, you will learn how to prepare a three-course menu that harnesses and showcases the flavors and ingredients of each season.

Chef Katie will start with a salad starring fresh asparagus and creamy burrata. For your main course, you will learn the secrets to whole roasting a fish effortlessly at home. New potatoes will be roasted and served with fresh herbs and tangy Parmesan cheese alongside the fish. Lastly, you'll end on a sweet note with a wildly easy-to-make lemon ricotta cake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
