Learn how to create upscale versions of your favorite Mexican restaurant dishes in your kitchen!
In this hands-on class with Chef Shana, you will learn how to prepare an incredibly fresh three-course menu of upscale Mexican restaurant classics completely from scratch.
You will begin by learning how to brew a queso dip that is the scene-stealer at any party. Then, Chef Shana will teach you how to press, steam, and grill fresh corn tortillas for tacos replete with shrimp, spicy mango, red cabbage slaw, and cilantro lime crema. You will end on a sweet note with freshly made churros and dark chocolate dipping sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had such an amazing time at my cooking class with Chef Shana! My favorite dish was the Salmon with white wine beurre blanc sauce! I never realized how easy it is to make and it really compliments the fish perfectly! I can't wait to try this at home one night!

She knows exactly how to tailor meals to fit individual needs, including those with dietary constraints. In addition to her current venture, she has also worked in restaurants, public relations, and culinary travel.
