In this hands-on class with Chef Shana, you'll learn how to prepare a remarkable four-course dinner embracing seasonal flavors and ingredients, and simple cooking techniques.
After learning the basics of homemade bread, Chef Shana will teach you how to craft a crave-worthy kale salad impressive in both taste and presentation. Then, you'll learn how to prepare meltingly tender braised short ribs with a madeira au jus, creamy polenta, and balsamic Brussels sprouts before ending on a sweet note with decadent molten chocolate cakes with macerated raspberries and vanilla ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had such an amazing time at my cooking class with Chef Shana! My favorite dish was the Salmon with white wine beurre blanc sauce! I never realized how easy it is to make and it really compliments the fish perfectly! I can't wait to try this at home one night!

Chef Shana has a true passion for cooking, having owned and operated a private chef business for several years that offers catering, cooking demonstrations, culinary education, and more. She knows exactly how to tailor meals to fit individual needs, including those with dietary constraints. In addition to her current venture, she has also worked in restaurants, public relations, and culinary travel.
