You will be preparing two different dishes using wild-caught shrimp in this class; each is completely unique and full of flavor. First, create an aromatic Ecuadorian shrimp ceviche that will wow your senses. You'll be off to a good start after making this prized appetizer! Next, you will add grilled shrimp to a silky butternut soup for a true taste of succulent heaven, then you'll cap off the class with a sweet peach crumble.
