In this hands-on class with Chef Stacey, you'll learn how to prepare a three-course menu showcasing the dynamic flavors and cooking techniques used in Southwestern cuisine that's perfect for impressing a crowd or as a date night dinner for two.
After learning a fun take on a ceviche appetizer, Chef Stacey will show you one way to bring out the best in meaty, bright green chiles by marrying them with a juicy pork tenderloin. You can also look forward to learning how to make polenta cakes, Mexican street corn, and churros!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
