Discover the time-honored culinary traditions of Spanish cuisine with Chef Luis!

In this hands-on class with Chef Luis, you will learn how to prepare four authentic, sophisticated Spanish dishes using the traditional cooking techniques and ingredients commonly found in Spanish cuisine.

Chef Luis will begin by teaching you how to make the colorful palette of flavors and textures that is paella Valencia. Then, you'll learn how to build layers of flavor in a hearty stew that is the pride of Asturias before heading to Galicia to learn the secrets to preparing octopus to tender perfection. Lastly, end with a Spanish-style French toast.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
