In this cooking class, you’ll learn the classic techniques behind making vibrant tri-color pasta entirely from scratch, using simple, fresh ingredients.

The class begins with an overview of the process before you mix a traditional pasta dough with eggs, flour and salt. Then, you’ll create naturally colored doughs by blending spinach for green pasta and puréed tomatoes for red. Chef Matthew will guide you through kneading, shaping and rolling the dough into silky sheets before cutting it into a variety of pasta shapes. You’ll also learn how to cook your pasta to perfectly al dente.

Take these skills home and turn your weekly pasta night into something truly special.
