Cooking Class - Impressive Italian Dinner Party

This was one of the most incredible cooking class/events we have ever done and we have done quite a few. Chef Louis was fabulous and we feel like we made a new friend in Tucson. The food was delicious! We are traveling in an RV so cooking at our place was out of the question. Having this class in his apartment was so much more intimate and “cozy” than the cooking classes we have ever done before. I highly recommend CozyMeal and Chef Luis.

What an amazing experience! My sister scheduled this as a gift for my Mom and Grandma thinking it would be something fun we could experience together. Chef Luis exceeded our expectations as he explained the food and its origins. A Mother's Day success! Thank you, Chef Luis!

Chef Luis was great! He arrived a little early and was set up and ready to go at the start time. He made sure to take his time discussing the ingredients and how they all tied into the Caribbean theme, while answering any questions that came up along the way. We were also dealing with a crying baby for a portion of the night and he was very respectful and patient as we stepped away from the kitchen to take care of it. The food was wonderful and we had great conversation throughout. The kitchen was left spotless at the end as well. 10 out of 10.

Chef Luis was awesome! We are a family of 4, he came to the AirBnB we were staying at on vacation in Tucson. He arrived exactly on time, brought all ingredients and cooking tools, and was ready for everything. He did a great job explaining the history, the ingredients, and the process. The food was amazing. We would absolutely do this again!

I enjoyed myself tremendously. Chef Luis was really professional and at the same time engaging and patient. I learnt a lot about Mexican cuisine from him. I loved hearing his cooking experiences and expertise. I look forward to learning other cuisines from him!

First time doing a cooking class and Luis was excellent!! He spend the 3 hours making a 4 course meal! It as ALOT of food plus left overs! Luis was very fun and knowledgeable. It was awesome hearing about all his experience he had in different countries as a chef. Definitely would have him again!

Chef Luis was absolutely Awesome! He’s an extremely qualified and personable Chef. I learned a lot about Mexican cuisine and used some ingredients I’d never heard of. The experience was simply amazing, I’ll be back for more! Thank you again Chef I can’t say enough.

We had a wonderful night with Chef Luis - he made us a ton of delicious Cuban inspired food and engaged in some very interesting conversation. It was a pleasure to have him cook for my mother's 65th birthday and he left the kitchen as clean as he found it. I'd highly recommend using him for an at home chef experience!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary with Chef Luis. He was incredibly knowledgeable with his craft and we enjoyed learning about his passion for cultural cuisine. The food was absolutely delicious. I can't forget to mention he has an incredible taste in music!

Luis was an amazing host! The food was beautifully done and his education of all the ingredients was incredibly vast. He helped explain the steps when cooking and gave us a glimpse into his background and experiences. He went above and beyond and made my husband's birthday incredibly special. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone and would do it again.

Chef Luis not only cooked incredible dishes but was happy to show how they were prepared, the unique ingredients, and origins from the old world. Such an amazing time hanging out with him and learning about his experiences as a chef in Cuba, Italy, Spain, and Mexico. Amazing food and amazing evening!
