In this hands-on class with Chef Eric, you will learn how to prepare a three-course dinner showcasing some of the authentic flavors and ingredients hailing from Oaxaca, Mexico — a city that's home to a mix of cultures, traditions, and its very own distinct menu.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include empanadas oozing with melty cheese and juicy shredded chicken, a crispy and beautiful Oaxacan creation known as tlayuda, and a creamy, lightly spiced rice pudding reminiscent of horchata for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
