In this hands-on class with born and raised Breton native Chef Nathalie, you will discover and celebrate the culinary traditions of Brittany, France — including those of both land and sea.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering and adding to your repertoire in this class with Chef Nathalie include savory galettes filled with everything from cheese to mushrooms to salmon, sweet crêpes that you'll be flipping for, and a time-honored traditional Breton custard dessert you'll soon discover why it's earned its moniker as the "king of flan."

French native Chef Nathalie grew up in Brittany, France and has been cooking family-style French cuisine for decades. Chef Nathalie’s inspiration largely stems from her childhood and memories of her parents cooking with only the best fresh and local ingredients. Chef Nathalie recently transferred to the U.S. and is looking forward to sharing her culinary skills and wisdom in an array of outstanding cooking classes.

I had a really wonderful French experience with Chef Nathalie! The ratatouille was out of this world and not to mention her yummy Quiche!!! Highly recommended!
