Take your taste buds on a little Caribbean island hopping adventure guided by Chef Jeffrey.
In this hands-on class with Chef Jeffrey, you will learn how to prepare a three-course Caribbean menu using classic recipes and cooking techniques to coax those signature Caribbean flavors out of a handful of simple indigenous ingredients.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this Caribbean cooking class include a roasted chicken punched up with a little bright tropical flair, an unbelievably fresh shrimp ceviche, and, for dessert, a blast of sunny citrus in pie form served up with a dab of homemade whipped cream.

Chef Jeffrey was awesome, not only an excellent chef but entertaining and informative as well. We would certainly do another experience with him again. Tip for future customers, when you arrive in the lobby simply call Jeffrey and he will come down and get you. (This wasn't in the description of the event)

From his innovative take on his Asian inspired wings, to the wholesome hearty comfort of his macaroni and cheese; he's able to articulate love into each and every dish that he creates. We hired Chef Jeff to cater my sister's birthday event. Chef Jeff came and cooked some of the most delicious food I've eaten in recent memory. We chose to have him cook a wide variety of dishes ranging from Mexican to Chinese and Southern cuisine; and every dish was cooked to perfection. We loved having Chef Jeff come and treat us to what felt like a fine dining experience, from the comfort of our home. Great personality, with better food and an unforgettable experience.
