In this hands-on class with Chef Kene, you will learn culinary skills and cooking techniques that have the ability to transform the simplest of ingredients into stunning French dishes.
Chef Kene will begin by teaching you how to create a deliciously cohesive flavor profile in a warm green asparagus soup that is both fresh and savory. You will also learn a French method of cooking fish — en papillote — where the fish and vegetables are wrapped up together and then baked in their own juices until everything is succulent and tender.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
