In this hands-on class with Chef Greg, you will learn how to prepare a three course French Creole menu using traditional techniques, authentic ingredients, and time-honored recipes.
You'll begin by learn how to create a savory and wildly tasty Alsatian onion tart. Then, Chef Greg will teach you the skills to prepare a French Creole rice pilaf studded with chicken and crawfish. Chef Greg will help you bring it home with the velvety smooth finish of a classic creme brûlée topped with the audible snap of a melt-in-your-mouth caramelized crust.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Born in France, Chef Greg began his culinary career at the age of fourteen as an apprentice studying under world-class chefs in Auxerre and Paris. After moving to the U.S., he continued to refine his culinary skills in a number of fine dining establishments. Chef Greg also spent time teaching international cooking at Sullivan University. Now, he is the chef and owner of a highly respected gourmet catering company in Louisville.
