Cooking Class - Historic French Seafood Feast

Embark on a journey through France as you celebrate the long-established history of French gastronomy.

In this hands-on class with Chef Greg, you will learn how to prepare an impressive three-course French feast using a handful of traditional techniques and time-honored French recipes.

After the intoxicating aroma of a gorgeously rich moule marinière has filled the kitchen, Chef Greg will teach you how to properly prepare salmon as well as a fun take on potatoes for your side dish. Lastly, you will learn how to elevate the humble crêpe into the show-stopping crêpes suzette complete with an addictive buttery orange sauce and pyrotechnics.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Born in France, Chef Greg began his culinary career at the age of fourteen as an apprentice studying under world-class chefs in Auxerre and Paris. After moving to the U.S., he continued to refine his culinary skills in a number of fine dining establishments. Chef Greg also spent time teaching international cooking at Sullivan University. Now, he is the chef and owner of a highly respected gourmet catering company in Louisville.
